Administrative & Financial Operations Specialist

Key Responsibilities

  • Full office management, including suppliers, clients, payments, and general administrative operations.
  • End-to-end bookkeeping: issuing invoices, tracking payments, reconciling accounts, and supporting financial reporting.
  • Handling logistics and international shipments, including coordination with shipping providers, documentation, and delivery follow-ups.
  • Ongoing communication with international clients, including invoicing, collections, and customer account management.
  • Supporting administrative activities across company, operational and financial matters.
  • Handling sensitive company data with strict confidentiality and discretion.

Requirements

  • Proven experience and knowledge in bookkeeping – advantage.
  • Proven experience in office administration – must.
  • Experience in logistics and international shipping – advantage.
  • Experience working with international customers – advantage.
  • High-level Hebrew – reading, writing, and speaking – required.
  • Good-level English – reading, writing, and speaking – required.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality – required.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and solution-oriented (“can-do” attitude).
